Our team has, on average, 22 years of highly successful career experience; the senior management team, in particular, have an immense breadth and depth to their knowledge which provides a solid foundation for the Company. They have, between them, held senior management positions in large international companies, in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Customer Service before joining the Lightstep family.

In every aspect of our business, we are committed to excellence. Although only a young company, we have made it our mission to partner with leading design, technology and engineering companies and this strategy has enabled us to offer the most innovative solutions to emergency management seen in recent years.
